What if shop needed?

If your car needs shop repairs, we’ll arrange towing or recommend a trusted local shop.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

We charge a small diagnostic fee that’s waived if you proceed with the repair.

What if repair can’t be done?

If we can’t fix it on site, we’ll explain options clearly and help you get your car to a shop.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs finish within an hour, but complex issues may take longer.

Do you offer warranties?

Warranty Policy:

Justin Time Mechanical Service provides a 90-day / 5,000 km workmanship warranty on labour performed, whichever comes first. This warranty applies to defects directly related to the workmanship of the service completed.

Parts supplied by Justin Time Mechanical Service may be covered by the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage is limited to the terms provided by the supplier/manufacturer and does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, abuse, neglect, corrosion, seized components, modified systems, or additional diagnostic time unless otherwise required by law.

Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer’s request and are not covered by Justin Time Mechanical Service for parts warranty, fitment, quality, defects, premature failure, or labour related to removal/reinstallation.

Diagnostic services are based on the symptoms and conditions present at the time of inspection. Additional faults may be found after repairs are completed or as further testing becomes possible.

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and the vehicle must be made available for inspection before further repairs are performed elsewhere.
